Shipping policy

For our deliveries we work exclusively with DHL (GoGreen) as the transport service company.

Orders

  • You may place online orders 24 hours a day.
  • We handle orders in the period 9AM – 4PM on business days.
  • We strive to offer the best delivery services and, consequently, all orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days, given that the product is in stock. However, during public holidays, the time of delivery must be expected to be longer.
When placing an order, we will send you an immediate receipt by email confirming the placement of your order. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that the order is not binding upon us at that time. A binding agreement between you and Cleo Curates has not been entered into until we confirm by email that the order is binding upon us. The final order confirmation will also include delivery and tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Countries to which Cleo Curates ships "Outside of EU" include the following: Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Monaco, Georgia, Andorra.

Shipping to other countries is currently not possible - we are working on it!

Duties

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Undeliverable packages

If the package sent to you is undelivered or refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defects & Missing Items

If, despite our high quality control and standards, an item is missing or a minor defect occurs, please contact us at support@cleo-curates.com within 48 hours. Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
