Orders

*Countries: Switzerland, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Monaco, Andorra. Orders from these countries are calculated without sales tax. 

Shipping to other countries is currently not possible - we are working on it!

Duties

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), customs fees may apply to the recipient. Please check with the relevant customs authority for more information. Any additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs.

Please note that customs fees are charged per package, not per order. We strive to pack our packages as efficiently as possible. However, due to weight restrictions per package, larger orders may need to be split into multiple packages.

Undeliverable packages

If the package sent to you is undelivered or refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Defects & Missing Items

If, despite our high quality control and standards, an item is missing or a minor defect occurs, please contact us at support@cleo-curates.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible. 

Returns

I. Right of revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
• on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
• on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces;

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The latest day for giving notice is thus the 14th day from the day you received your purchase.

II. Returns

Would you like to return your order? We regret that very much!

If one of our products does not meet your expectations 100%, you can easily return the product to us within 14 days. The return is subject to your own costs. We recommend insured return shipping including tracking so that we can accurately check receipt of your products and refund your payment. Please note that when opting against the insured shipping and in the case of loss, we will not be able to refund you the purchase price.

It is imperative that you register your return with us in advance at support@cleo-curates.com. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return in the email. After receiving your return, it will first be checked.

Once the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used within 14 working days.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return:

• The items must be in their original condition with no signs of use
• The label and other tags must not have been removed
• The items must be in their original packaging

If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
For the purpose of initiating a return, you may use the below sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

Sample Revocation Form:
I/we (*) name of the consumer(s) hereby revoke the contract concluded by me/us (*) with the order number for the purchase of the following goods (*) / the provision of the following service (*) Ordered on date (*)/received on (*) date.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with our rules on the right of withdrawal and remains in effect regardless of this. Until the deadline for the statutory right of withdrawal expires, only the legal conditions listed there apply. The right of withdrawal also does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which remain unrestricted.

III. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, excluding the initial delivery costs and return shipping costs. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Please note that you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

IV. Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
